COSTS AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

Business Days: 
Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday are usually processed by the end of Tuesday and Sunday are usually processed by end of day Wednesday.

Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground at $7.95.

Returns

The CUE team is always committed to your full and total satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the unused portion to us within 90 days of purchase and we will be happy to credit your account for the purchase amount or exchange the item(s) for another product of equal or lesser value of your choosing. Please email us at customerservice@cueproducts.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) carefully pack your item to avoid damage in transit and return it to:

Please include your original invoice along with noting: (1) the return authorization number (2) the reason for your return; and (3) your request for either a credit or an alternate item(s). For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately at customerservice@cueproducts.com for assistance. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Should damage have occurred during shipment, please contact us immediately and retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.

We always endeavor to process your return or exchange promptly. Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of our receipt. Most exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via standard shipping service. Transit time for such packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time of shipping. We typically send an email confirming our receipt and the processing of your return.

Please note – only products purchased via our online site may be returned for refund or exchange
